Method and device for monitoring layered settlement of deep soil mass in soft soil stratum
The invention provides a method and a device for monitoring layered settlement of a deep soil mass in a soft soil stratum. The device comprises a measuring pipe arranged in the stratum, a plurality ofsettlement marks, a monitoring control module, a data acquisition and processing module and a probe for detecting settlement mark signals, wherein the monitoring control module comprises a liquid injection leveling device, a probe retracting and releasing device and a measuring pipe joint sleeve; and the probe comprises a signal receiving element and a hydraulic measuring element. The settlementmarks are pre-arranged in the stratum around the measuring pipe before monitoring operation, liquid is injected into the measuring pipe through the liquid injection leveling device, liquid level reference leveling is performed, the probe retracting and releasing device controls the probe to be gradually lowered in the measuring pipe, and the data acquisition and processing module acquires and processes data measured by the probe to obtain the settlement condition of a vertical layered monitoring point of the deep soil mass in the soft soil stratum. With the adoption of the method and the device, the influence of the rigidity of the measuring pipe on the monitoring precision can be greatly reduced; single-hole multi-point automatic rapid measurement can be realized; and the monitoring precision and efficiency of layered settlement of the soil mass are improved.
本发明提供了软土地层深层土体分层沉降监测的方法及装置,该装置包括:设置于地层中的测管、若干沉降标、监测控制模块、数据采集及处理模块以及用于探测沉降标信号的探头;监测控制模块包括注液调平装置、探头收放装置以及测管接头套;探头包括信号接收元件与液压量测元件。沉降标在监测作业前预先设置于测管周边地层中,通过注液调平装置向测管中注液并进行液面基准调平,探头收放装置控制探头在测管中逐步下放,数据采集及处理模块对探头所测数据进行采集处理以获取软土地层深层土体竖向分层监测点位的沉降情况。本发明能大幅降低测管自身刚度对监测精度的影响;并可实现单孔多点自动化快速测量,提高土体分层沉降的监测精度和效率。
