The embodiment of the invention provides a piling force adjustment device and a hydraulic pile hammer. The piling force adjustment device comprises a mounting rack, a force transmission cylinder and oil gas pressure cylinders. The oil gas pressure cylinders are installed on the force transmission cylinder, the force transmission cylinder is connected with the oil gas pressure cylinders through hydraulic oil pipes, the oil gas pressure cylinders are used for adjusting the pressure intensity of the force transmission cylinder, and the force transmission cylinder is connected with the oil gas pressure cylinders and used for adjusting the piling force of the hydraulic pile hammer. According to the embodiment, the piling force of the hydraulic pile hammer can be adjusted, and accordingly the service life of the hydraulic pile hammer is prolonged.
