The invention discloses a beam lowering construction method for an underground structure in a reverse construction method. The beam lowering construction method comprises the following steps that an underground guide groove and an underground diaphragm wall are constructed, then upright piles are constructed, a crane frame and a crane are mounted, precast beams of which each layer is of an integral structure are superposed, and the precast beams are fixed through the crane; and then the beams are sequentially lowered layer by layer, construction of all the precast beams is completed, and a large bottom plate and floor plates of all layers are sequentially constructed from bottom to top. By adopting the construction method, lighting and ventilation are not affected in the construction process, the construction difficulty is lowered, the construction efficiency is improved, meanwhile, a reverse beam lowering construction technology and a prefabricated construction technology are combined, construction is easy, convenient, more efficient, more stable and safer, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种逆作法中地下结构的降梁施工方法,包括如下步骤:先施工地下导槽和地下连续墙,然后施工立柱桩,安装吊机架及吊机,将每一层均为整体结构的预制梁叠合放置,通过吊机固定;然后依次逐层降梁,完成所有预制梁的施工,再由下而上依次施工大底板、各层楼层板。采用该施工方法,在施工中采光、空气流通均不受影响,而且降低了施工难度,提高了施工效率;同时,将逆作降梁法施工技术与预制装配式施工技术相结合,施工简便且更加高效、稳定、安全,保障了施工质量。
