The multifunctional hole inspection device comprises a base, a rocker, a connection piece, contact blocks and pressure sensors, wherein the rocker is spherically hinged to the base, the rocker is shaken around a hinge point, the rocker penetrates through the connection piece to be fixedly connected, the plurality of contact blocks are hinged to the connection piece, the contact blocks swing in the radial direction of the rocker, and the plurality of pressure sensors are arranged on the base and the rocker and are used for detecting pressure from the contact blocks; the pile hole detection method comprises the following steps that S1, the aforementioned multifunctional hole inspection device is sunk into a pile hole; S2, in the sinking process of the multifunctional hole inspection device, the pressure sensors receive pressure signals from the contact blocks; and S3, the multifunctional hole inspection device is pulled out of the pile hole. Through the above technical scheme, the problem that in the existing detection technology,due to the blind cognition of pile hole defects, the efficiency of foundation engineering propulsion is low is solved.
