Building jacking underpinning device and method
The invention aims to provide a building jacking underpinning device and method. The building jacking underpinning device comprises a supporting plate beam and a plurality of jacking underpinning structures, wherein the supporting plate beam surrounds the periphery of the bottom of a building foundation wall and is used for supporting the protective building; each jacking underpinning structure comprises an anchor rod static pressure pile, a jacking counter-force beam, a jacking steel beam, a jacking steel stand column and a jack, the jacking steel stand column and the jacking steel beam forma jacking frame, the jacking counter-force beam and the anchor rod static pressure pile form a counter-force supporting system. In the jacking stage, the jack pulls the jacking steel stand column through the jacking steel beam, meanwhile, the supporting plate beam is pulled for synchronous jacking, the jacking counter-force beam provides counter-force support for the jack, and force is transmittedto the anchor rod static pressure pile; in the stage of replacing a cushion block at the lower part of the jack, a hydraulic jack and a following jack replace the lower cushion block in turn; and theoperations are repeated until the building reaches the designed jacking height. According to the device, jacking underpinning of the building can be completed at +/- 0.000 or above, the outer vertical face of the building is not damaged, and safety and stability are achieved.
