Intelligent rubber bearing
The invention discloses an intelligent rubber bearing. The intelligent rubber bearing comprises an upper connecting steel plate, a lower connecting steel plate and a rubber bearing body, the rubber bearing body is fixed in the middle position between the upper connecting steel plate and the lower connecting steel plate and formed by overlaying of multi-layer rubber plates, a steel plate is arranged in the rubber bearing body, and a plastic plate sensor is embedded into the steel plate; and an upper sealing plate is arranged at the top of the rubber bearing body, the top of the upper sealing plate is fixed to the upper connecting steel plate, and a lower sealing plate is arranged at the bottom of the rubber bearing body. According to the intelligent rubber bearing, the plastic plate sensoris embedded into the steel plate, and the steel plate is mounted in the rubber bearing body to form the intelligent rubber bearing; and in the rubber bearing body, when one set of steel plates is embedded into the plastic plate sensor, the force can be measured, in the rubber bearing body, when two sets of steel plates are embedded into the plastic plate sensor, the displacement due to the force is measured while the force is measured through the mutual interaction of the plastic plate sensor of the two sets of steel plates, and the detection information is more comprehensive.
