The anti-pulling device is installed between a foundation structure and an upper-layer structure, comprises a base fixed to the foundation structure and a top plate fixed to the upper-layer structureand located above the base, and is characterized in that a horizontally-arranged and rotatable rotating assembly is installed on the base, a vertically-arranged anti-pulling plate assembly is installed on the top plate, the anti-pulling plate assembly is movably connected with the rotating assembly, upward pulling force of the top plate is transmitted to the base, and the rotating assembly rotatesalong with horizontal movement of the anti-pulling plate assembly to adapt to the change in the horizontal movement direction of the anti-pulling plate assembly. The anti-pulling device can generatesynchronous and horizontal movement with a seismic isolation device, and can still provide enough anti-pulling bearing capacity when the displacement between horizontal layers is large, so that the pulling stress borne by the seismic isolation device is reduced, the seismic isolation device is protected against being damaged by the pulling stress, the seismic isolation device is effectively protected against tension under a strong seismic state, and the seismic isolation effectiveness is improved to prevent the upper-layer structure from overturning. A seismic isolation protection method is further provided.
抗拉拔装置,安装在基础结构与上层结构之间,包括与基础结构固定的底座和与上层结构固定且位于底座上方的顶板,其特征在于所述的底座上装有水平设置且可转动的旋转组件,顶板上装有垂向设置的抗拉板组件,抗拉板组件与旋转组件可活动连接,将顶板的向上拉力传递至底座上,旋转组件随抗拉板组件的水平移动而转动,适应抗拉拔组件水平移动方向的变化。本发明可与隔震装置产生同步水平运动,在水平层间位移较大时依然可提供足够大的抗拉承载力,从而减少隔震装置受所的拉应力,保护隔震装置免受拉应力破坏,在强震状态下对隔震装置进行有效的抗拉保护,提高隔震有效性防止上层结构发生倾覆。本发明还提供一种隔震保护方法。
