The equipment comprises a machine body, wherein a brushing device is fixedly arranged in the machine body, the brushing device comprises a material conveying device and a smearing device, the material conveying device comprises two conveying shafts, conveyor belts and separator sheets,the smearing device is arranged on one side, away from the other conveying shaft, of the conveying shaft, the smearing device comprises movable shafts parallel to the conveying shafts, movable blocksare slidably mounted on the movable shafts, movable rollers are mounted on the lower ends of the movable blocks, the lowest edges in the outer side surfaces of the movable rollers are located on the lower side of the bottom surface of the machine body, a feeding hopper is arranged on the machine body, a discharging opening is formed in the bottom surface of the feeding hopper, the discharging opening is located on the upper side of the material conveying device, and roller wheels are mounted on the bottom surface of the machine body. When the paint is brushed, workers can conveniently, quicklyand uniformly brush the paint on the base layer, compared with the mode of smearing the coating manually, the equipment and the construction method thereof are more labor-saving, and the brushing efficiency is improved.
