Concrete wall continuous pouring device and method
A concrete wall continuous pouring device comprises two side templates and two end templates. The two side templates are connected through split bolts, and the bottoms of the side templates are arranged in tracks. Each track comprises a supporting plate and a track plate which are arranged in parallel, wherein a connecting track perpendicular to the supporting plate and the track plate is arrangedbetween the supporting plate and the track plate. A concrete wall continuous pouring method comprises the steps that firstly, the two tracks are symmetrically arranged on a bottom plate according tothe wall design thickness; secondly, the templates are installed, and pouring of a single-breadth pre-pouring wall is conducted; thirdly, after end templates on the pre-pouring wall are dismounted, side templates are moved to track plates on the two sides of an after-pouring wall; fourthly, the tracks are moved to the next pouring area; fifthly, the side templates are moved to the pouring area; and sixthly, the end templates are installed again and stably connected with the arrival side templates through split bolts. By adoption of the above structure, through a segmented pouring manner, the movable templates are adopted, formwork achieving can be effectively shortened, and the pouring construction efficiency is improved.
一种混凝土墙连续浇筑装置,包括两块侧模板和两块端模板,两块所述的两块侧模板之间通过对拉螺栓连接,侧模板底部设在轨道中,单根轨道包括支撑板和轨道板,支撑板和轨道板平行设置,支撑板和轨道板之间设有垂直于支撑板和轨道板的连接轨道。混凝土墙连续浇筑方法包括:1)在底板上按照墙体设计厚度对称设置两组轨道;2)安装模板并浇筑单幅先浇墙体;3)拆除先浇墙体上的端模板后,移动侧模板至后浇墙体两侧的轨道板上;4)将轨道移动至下一浇筑区域;5)移动侧模板至浇筑区域;6)再次安装端模板并通过对拉螺栓与到位的侧模板连接稳定。采用上述结构,通过分段浇筑的方式,采用可移动的模板,可有效缩短立模实现,提升浇筑施工效率。
