The invention relates to a splicing seam treatment process after construction of a fabricated building partition floor slab. The splicing seam treatment process adopts the following splicing seam treatment device after construction of the partition floor slab, and the splicing seam treatment device after construction of the partition floor slab comprises a moving support plate, universal wheels, stretchable clamping blocks, clamping block springs, limiting mechanisms and vibration smoothing mechanisms. The treatment process of the splicing seam after construction of the partition floor slab byadopting the splicing seam treatment device after construction of the partition floor slab comprises the following steps of S1, preparing before splicing seam treatment; S2, positioning the universalwheels; S3, moving the universal wheels to limit; S4, locking a grouting pipe; and S5, spreading concrete evenly. The treatment process can solve the problems that when the splicing seam of a partition floor slab is manually filled in the prior art, concrete is sprayed unevenly due to the fact that a guniting head is manually grasped, and concrete grout is sprayed on the partition floor slab; andthe concrete of the partition floor slab splicing seam cannot be subjected to compaction treatment.
