The invention relates to a bus station shelter and a bus station shelter management system. The bus station shelter comprises a bus station shelter body, a first electric side sealing plate, a secondelectric side sealing plate, an electric back sealing plate, an induction door system, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, an anemoscope, a controller and an air conditioning system. A signal output end of the temperature sensor, a signal output end of the humidity sensor, a signal output end of the anemoscope, and a signal output end of the induction door system are all connected with an input end of the controller. An output end of the controller is connected with a control end of the first electric side sealing plate, a control end of the second electric side sealing plate, a control end of the electric back sealing plate, a control end of the induction door system, and a control end of the air conditioning system. Because the first electric side sealing plate, the second electricside sealing plate, the electric back sealing plate, the induction door system and the air conditioning system are arranged, the bus station shelter and the bus station shelter management system can deal with the varied and changeable weather, and more convenience is provided for passengers waiting for buses.
