The intelligent environment-friendly energy-saving door and window disclosed by the invention is provided with a steam heating box and the condensing box, and a storage battery provides electric energy to the steam heating box and the condensing box, so that indoor heat can be supplemented, and indoor cold air also can be supplemented, and therefore, use of a power supply is reduced, and the intelligent environment-friendly energy-saving door and window is green and environmentally friendly.
