The invention provides a heat dissipation window assembly, a shutter and an electric cabinet. The heat dissipation window assembly comprises a heat dissipation window used for ventilation and heat dissipation of the inner side and the outer side, and a shielding cover which covers the outer side of the heat dissipation window. The shielding cover comprises a ventilation opening, and the ventilation opening is formed in the lower portion of the shielding cover. The shielding cover can shield rainwater coming from the upper portion and the side portion of the shielding cover from entering the heat dissipation window. The shielding cover with only the ventilation opening formed in the lower portion covers the heat dissipation window, and rainwater from the upper portion and the side portion of the shielding cover can be prevented from entering the heat dissipation window.
