The invention relates to a tearing-resistant skidproof ground fabric. The tearing-resistant skidproof ground fabric consists of a composite membrane and a knitted fabric, wherein the mass ratio of thecomposite membrane to the knitted fabric is 2 to 17, the composite membrane consists of an A layer of which the mass percentage is 75% and a B layer of which the mass percentage is 25%, the A layer comprises the following components in parts by weight of 25 parts of LLDPE, 35 parts of LDPE, 40 parts of PP and 5 parts of coloring master batches, the B layer comprises the following components in parts by weight of 15 parts of LLDPE, 60 parts of POE1 and 25 parts of POE2, and the A layer and the knitted fabric are respectively arranged on two sides of the B layer. The ground fabric disclosed bythe invention has excellent tearing resistant properties.
