A lifting plate is movably arranged above a bottom plate of the shoe storage rack, rotating columns are rotationally arranged on the two sides of the top face of the lifting plate respectively, a shoe placing rack is arranged at the top ends of the rotating columns, a pair of blocking plates are arranged on the two sides of the top face of the shoe placing rack, overturning grooves are formed in the rear sides of the blocking plates, and rotating plates are rotationally arranged in the overturning grooves. The device has the advantages that the shoe storage box is provided with the sensitive illumination sensor, the shielding cover on the shoe storage box body can be automatically opened and closed according to weather changes, meanwhile, shoes in the shoe storage box body can be automatically lifted and aired in all directions, the automation degree is high, and the effect is good.
