PMMA-aluminum hydroxide-organophosphorus acrylic composite base material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a PMMA-aluminum hydroxide-organophosphorus acrylic composite base material and a preparation method thereof. The composite base material comprises aluminum hydroxide ultrafine microspheres subjected to surface hydrophobic modification through a silane coupling agent and a titanate coupling agent and copolymer resin, and the mixing ratio of the aluminum hydroxide ultrafine microspheres subjected to surface hydrophobic modification to the copolymer resin is (21-27):(7-3). In the prior art, aluminum hydroxide powder has high surface activity and large organic matter adsorption capacity, and especially has high adsorption capacity for hydrophilic acrylate copolymer resin; through modification of the aluminum hydroxide powder, the aluminum hydroxide powder shows high hydrophobicity so that 80% or above of aluminum powder can be added into acrylate copolymer resin to prepare an acrylic artificial stone composite material with the low cost and the high flame retardanceand heat resistance; phosphorus-containing acrylate is introduced into acrylic artificial stone resin through a bulk copolymerization method, so that after the novel copolymer resin is composited withthe modified aluminum powder, more excellent flame retardance can be achieved.
本发明提出了一种PMMA‑氢氧化铝‑有机磷的亚克力复合基材及其制备方法,该复合基材包括经硅烷偶联剂和钛酸酯偶联剂表面疏水改性的氢氧化铝超细微球和共聚树脂,所述表面疏水改性的氢氧化铝超细微球与共聚树脂的混合比例为21‑27:7‑3。本发明针对现有技术中氢氧化铝粉表面高活性对有机物吸附量大,尤其是对亲水性丙烯酸酯共聚树脂吸附量大,经过改性氢氧化铝粉,使氢氧化铝粉表面呈现高疏水性从而能加入80%以上的铝粉于亚克力共聚树脂中,从而可制得低成本高阻燃耐热的亚克力人造石复合材料;本发明通过本体共聚方法在亚克力人造石树脂中引入含磷丙烯酸酯,从而使这种新型共聚树脂与改性铝粉复合后具有更优异的阻燃性。
