The invention discloses a preparation method of a deep water-rich sand layer diaphragm wall groove wall reinforcing material, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, pouring water, cement and an accelerator into an on-site slurrying barrel, and stirring to form cement slurry with the weight ratio of water to cement being (0.6-0.8): 1 and the accelerator accounting for 2-4% of the weightof the cement; s2, sieving the uniformly stirred cement slurry through a filter screen; and S3, storing the sieved cement slurry in a slurry storage barrel for standby application, wherein the storagetime does not exceed 2 hours. According to the method, the coagulation speed of the cement slurry in a deep water-rich sand layer after three-axis stirring is effectively increased, the cement slurrycan be rapidly coagulated in the deep water-rich sand layer within 10 minutes, a large amount of the cement slurry is prevented from being lost in the deep water-rich sand layer, and the problem thatthe reinforcing effect cannot be guaranteed due to loss of the cement slurry is solved.
本发明公开了一种深厚富水砂层地连墙槽壁加固材料的配置方法,包括以下步骤:S1、将水、水泥及速凝剂倒入现场制浆桶中搅拌,形成水泥浆液,水与水泥用量的重量比值水灰比为(0.6~0.8):1,速凝剂的用量占水泥重量的2%~4%;S2、将搅拌均匀后的水泥浆液通过滤网过筛;S3、将过筛后的水泥浆液,存放在储浆桶中以待使用,存放时间不超过2小时。本发明有效提高了水泥浆液在深厚富水砂层经三轴搅拌后的凝结速度,实现了10分钟内水泥浆液快速在深厚富水砂层凝结,防止了水泥浆液在深厚富水砂层中的大量流失,避免了因水泥浆液的流失导致加固效果无法保证的问题。
