Graphite carbon fiber conductive cement soil and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of graphite carbon fiber conductive cement soil. The conductive characteristics of graphite and carbon fiber are used as a modified admixture of the cementsoil to improve the conductivity of the cement soil. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing an admixture (5-10 parts of graphite and 1-2 parts of carbon fiber), cement (15-20 parts) and a soil sample (100 parts) according to the mixing ratio, pouring the mixture into a stirrer after mixing, adding water (the water-cement ratio is 1-2), and stirring for 5 minutes; (2) uniformly stirring, sampling by adopting a static pressure method, and compacting the stirred cement soil into a mold; and (3) performing standard maintenance on the sample for 28 days after demoldingis finished. The prepared graphite carbon fiber conductive cement soil is good in conductivity, excellent in mechanical property and electrical property and low in preparation cost, the on-site construction mode of the graphite carbon fiber conductive cement soil depends on an existing cement soil mixing pile construction technology, and the graphite carbon fiber conductive cement soil has wide application prospects.
本发明公开了一种石墨碳纤维导电水泥土的制备方法,利用石墨和碳纤维的导电特性,将其用作水泥土的改性外掺剂,以改善其导电性能。其制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)按照配合比称量外掺剂(石墨5‑10份,碳纤维1‑2份)、水泥(15‑20份)和土样(100份),调配完毕后,倒入搅拌机加水(水灰比1‑2)搅拌5min。(2)搅拌均匀后采用静压法制样,将搅拌后的水泥土压实至模具中;(3)脱模完成后将试样标准养护28d后即可。本发明制备的石墨碳纤维导电水泥土导电性能好,力学性能和电学性能优良,制备成本低,其现场施工方式依托于现有的水泥土搅拌桩施工技术,具有广阔的应用前景。
