The invention provides a method for controlling the apparent flexoelectric effect of a dielectric material, wherein a layer of a heterogeneous substance different from a dielectric material is compounded on the surface of the dielectric material, and the heterogeneous substance layer is selected from a metal or an inorganic nonmetal. The method for controlling the apparent flexoelectric effect ofthe dielectric material is simple, foreign substances are only compounded on the surface of the dielectric material, other properties of the material are not influenced, and the structure and the shape of the dielectric material are not influenced.
