Aluminum fluoride composite ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a preparation method of aluminum fluoride composite ceramic, which comprises the following steps: mixing AlF3, MF2, a sintering aid TF and a binder, and carrying out ball milling, drying and screening to obtain an aluminum fluoride mixture, with the MF2 being at least one of CaF2 and MgF2 and the TF being at least one of LiF, NaF and KF; carrying out dry pressing molding or isostatic pressing molding on the aluminum fluoride mixture to obtain an aluminum fluoride composite ceramic biscuit; and sintering the aluminum fluoride composite ceramic biscuit to obtain the aluminum fluoride composite ceramic. According to the preparation method, additives such as MF2 and TF are introduced to replace Al powder, so that the content of fluorine ions in the composite material can be effectively increased on the basis that a disadvantage that Al powder is inflammable and explosive is avoided. Meanwhile, isostatic pressing, air atmosphere pressureless sintering and other methods are adopted, preparation of the large-size aluminum fluoride composite ceramic can be achieved, and the industrial batch production requirement of a BNCT moderator physical device is met.
本发明是关于一种氟化铝复合陶瓷的制备方法,其包括:将AlF、MF、烧结助剂TF和粘结剂混合,经球磨、干燥、筛分,得到氟化铝混合料;其中,MF为CaF和MgF中的至少一种;TF为LiF、NaF和KF中的至少一种;对所述氟化铝混合料进行干压成型或等静压成型,得到氟化铝复合陶瓷素坯;对所述氟化铝复合陶瓷素坯进行烧结,得到氟化铝复合陶瓷。本发明通过引入MF、TF等添加剂来替代Al粉,在避免Al粉易燃爆的基础上,可有效提升复合材料内部的氟离子含量。同时,本发明采用等静压成型、大气气氛无压烧结等方法,可实现大尺寸氟化铝复合陶瓷的制备,满足BNCT慢化体物理装置的工业化批量生产需求。
