The invention provides a preparation method of a carbon/carbon composite material brake disc, and the method comprises the following steps: putting carbon/carbon composite material brake disc preformsinto a chemical vapor deposition furnace, placing the carbon/carbon composite material brake disc preforms on a bottom object placing table, and separating the adjacent carbon/carbon composite material brake disc preforms by adopting a carbon material; raising the temperature of the chemical vapor deposition furnace to a deposition temperature under a vacuum condition; and introducing a mixed gasguided in through a gas guide cylinder, wherein methane and propane serve as carbon source gases of the mixed gas, and nitrogen serves as a carrier gas of the mixed gas. The method is easy and convenient to operate, the utilization rate of the carbon source gas is as high as 15%, the densification speed of the aircraft brake disc preforms is high, the process cycle time is short, the situations of crusting and hole sealing are not likely to happen, the number of times of shelling is two, the density of the preforms can reach 1.75 g/cm < 3 >, and the technical effect of rapid densification toshorten the process time is achieved.
本发明提供了一种炭/炭复合材料刹车盘的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:将炭/炭复合材料刹车盘预制体装入化学气相沉积炉内,并放置在底部的搁物台上,相邻的所述炭/炭复合材料刹车盘预制体之间采用炭材料隔开;在真空条件下,将所述化学气相沉积炉升温至沉积温度;通入经气体导流筒导入的混合气体,混合气体以甲烷和丙烷为碳源气体,以氮气为载气。本发明操作简便,碳源气体利用率高达15%、飞机刹车盘预制体增密速度快,工艺周期时间短,且不易出现结壳和封孔的情况,剥壳次数2次,预制体密度能达到1.75g/cm,实现了快速增密以缩短工艺时间的技术效果。
