Rubber powder modified asphalt and production process thereof
The invention discloses rubber powder modified asphalt, and relates to the technical field of petrochemical industry. The rubber powder modified asphalt comprises matrix asphalt, rubber powder, an asphalt modifier, an auxiliary agent and a cross-linking agent. A production process of the rubber powder modified asphalt comprises the following steps: carrying out heat exchange on the matrix asphalt;simultaneously adding the matrix asphalt, the rubber powder, an SBS modifier, the auxiliary agent and the cross-linking agent into a tubular mixer for stirring and mixing; carrying out shearing and grinding by a primary grinding device to obtain the modified asphalt; and storing the modified asphalt in a finished product tank. The rubber powder modified asphalt has the advantages of being simplein process, convenient to carry, environmentally friendly, free of pollution and capable of meeting the requirements of civilized production, and the produced rubber powder modified asphalt is stablein performance, high in safety and high in yield.
