Concrete bridge deck slabs are arranged below an asphalt paving layer; the concrete bridge deck slabs are arranged on the two sides of a groove; the lower ends of steel bar embedded parts are arranged in the concrete bridge deck slabs; the upper ends of the steel bar embedded parts are arranged inthe asphalt paving layer; the steel bar embedded parts comprise a left steel bar embedded part and a right steel bar embedded part; the steel plate is arranged between the left steel bar embedded part and the right steel bar embedded part, the steel plate is arranged above the groove, the U-shaped grooves are bilaterally symmetrical along two sides of the groove, PAN-based carbon fiber cloth is wound on the left steel bar embedded part and the right steel bar embedded part, and the rest parts outside the groove are expansion joint fillers. According to the structure construction method for enhancing the anti-reflection crack performance of the bridge seamless expansion joint starting from the source of crack generation, the high-elasticity high-modulus fiber cloth is used for bearing thetransverse tensile stress of the seamless expansion joint, generation and expansion of reflection cracks are prevented, and then reflection cracks of an additionally-laid asphalt surface layer are reduced or prevented.
