The arrangement of the noise reduction plates eliminates most of noises on the road, facilitates noisepollution reduction, and improves the practicability of the isolation belt main body; the cylindrical block of one isolation belt main body is clamped in a rotating groove of the other isolation beltmain body, so that a plurality of isolation belt main bodies are convenient to mount and dismount; and the cylindrical block can rotate in the rotating groove, so that the road isolation belt is suitable for various road sections.
