Construction method for concrete linings at channel bottom
The invention relates to a construction method for concrete linings at a channel bottom. The construction method comprises the steps of channel base treatment; lining cushion layer laying: a sand-gravel cushion layer is laid on the bottom surface of a channel base; earthwork cloth laying: filter earthwork cloth is laid on the sand-gravel cushion layer, and the filter earthwork cloth is located below expansion joints; casting template installation: bend steel plates are customized; each bend steel plate includes a vertical plate and a transversal plate; a casting square frame is arranged on thesand-gravel cushion layer; the casting square frame is totally defined by the bend steel plates; the bend steel plates are located at side edges, where the expansion joints are designed, of the casting square frame and make the filter earthwork cloth tightly pressed; side faces of the casting square frame are blocked and fixed through insert sticks; and the insert sticks are vertically inserted into the bottom part of the channel base; polyethylene closed pore foam board installation: polyethylene closed pore foam boards are attached to inner surfaces of the vertical plates; casting concretein situ; and removing templates: after initial set of the concrete, the insert sticks are firstly pulled out, and then, the casting square frame is removed. The construction method has the effects that the bend steel plates are convenient to remove, and the aesthetic degree and the quality of a whole channel project are indirectly promoted.
本发明涉及一种渠道底部混凝土衬砌施工方法,包括以下步骤:渠基处理;衬砌垫层铺设:在渠基底表面上铺设砂石垫层;土工布铺设:在砂石垫层上铺设反滤土工布,反滤土工布位于伸缩缝下方;浇筑模板安装:定制弯折钢板,弯折钢板包括:竖板和横板,在砂石垫层上布置浇筑方框,浇筑方框全部由弯折钢板围成,弯折钢板位于浇筑方框设计有伸缩缝的侧边上且将反滤土工布压紧,浇筑方框的侧面通过插签隔挡固定,插签竖向插入渠基底部;聚乙烯闭孔泡沫板安装:将聚乙烯闭孔泡沫板贴合于竖板的内表面;现浇混凝土;拆除模板:混凝土初凝后先将插签拔出,再将浇筑方框拆除。本发明具有弯折钢板拆除方便、间接提升整个渠道工程的美观度和质量的效果。
