Novel environment-friendly low-vacuum compaction construction method for subsoil base
The invention discloses a novel environment-friendly low-vacuum compaction construction method for a subsoil base. The method comprises the following steps of: S1, selecting a to-be-treated area, andpunching a hole in the edge of the to-be-treated area by using special special-shaped hammers through professional equipment such as a crawler crane; S2, filling the hole punched in the step S1 with acertain amount of materials, and then performing dynamic compaction heavy ramming operation on the filled hole; S3, repeating the step S2 till the hole is filled; and S4, rolling, vibrating and compacting the surface layer subsoil of the to-be-treated area by using a mechanical rolling method. The method is suitable for treating the building under construction and a starting matching centralizeddevelopment area, and has the advantages of being low in cost, short in construction period, environmentally friendly, tiny in vibration, noiseless, free of disturbing residents and nondestructive toaccessory buildings, the treated subsoil can achieve the effects of being prevented from collapsing when meeting water and prevented from liquefying when meeting earthquake, and being small in compression deformation, high in bearing capacity and uniform in rigidity, the bearing capacity of the subsoil is greatly improved, the compressibility of the subsoil is reduced, and the subsoil treatment effect is remarkable.
本发明公开了一种地基基础新型环保低真空击密法施工方法,包括如下步骤:S1、选定待处理区域,利用履带式起重机等专业设备用特制的异型锤在待处理区域边打边成孔;S2、向步骤S1中打出的孔中填一定量的料,随后对填料后的孔进行强夯重锤作业;S3、重复步骤S2,直至孔被填满;S4、对待处理区域的表层地基使用机械碾压法碾压震动密实,本发明适用于处理在建建筑物及起步配套集中开发的区域,具有低成本、短工期、环保绿色、微振动、无噪音、不扰民对附件建筑物无破坏性的优点,处理后的地基可达到遇水不湿陷、地震不液化、压缩变形小、承载力高、刚度均匀的效果,大幅度提高了地基承载力,降低地基压缩性,地基处理效果显著。
