Post-grouting pervious concrete tubular pile and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of geotechnical engineering, and discloses a post-grouting pervious concrete tubular pile and a construction method thereof. The post-grouting pervious concrete tubular pile comprises a prefabricated pervious concrete tubular pile body, a grout consolidation layer and a soil mass consolidation layer, wherein the grout consolidation layer is fixedly connected into a prefabricated pervious concrete tubular pile body inner hole, and the soil mass consolidation layer is arranged on the peripheral of the prefabricated pervious concrete tubular pile body.The construction method comprises the steps that (1) drilling machine hole-forming id carried out to obtain a pile hole; (2) the prefabricated pervious tubular pile body is implanted in the pile hole; (3) a grouting pipe is inserted into the prefabricated pervious tubular pile body, and low-pressure grouting is carried out in the prefabricated pervious tubular pile body inner hole through the grouting pipe, so that the prefabricated pervious tubular pile body inner hole is filled with grouts; and (4) a prefabricated pervious tubular pile body inner hole opening is closed, high-pressure grouting is carried out through the grouting pipe, a part of grouts permeate to the outer side of the tubular pile from the pipe wall of the prefabricated pervious tubular pile body, enter a gas between theprefabricated pervious tubular pile body and the pile hole and a soil mass around the pile hole, and the other part of grouts are left in the prefabricated pervious tubular pile body inner hole. Thepost-grouting pervious concrete tubular pile has high strength and high bearing capacity of a single pile.
