Grouting method for karst caves of different filling types
The invention discloses a grouting method for karst caves of different filling types. A grouting system is adopted for grouting and comprises a geological drilling rig for drilling, a steel sleeve forpreventing hole wall collapse, a feeding pipe, a feeding hopper, a grouting sleeve and a grouting core pipe, wherein the grouting core pipe is a double-plug grouting core pipe. According to the grouting method, a closed space at the bottom of the grouting core pipe is connected with a free space through an air guide hole, and therefore the problem that too large hydraulic pressure or vacuum pressure is generated in the closed space of the grouting core pipe, and consequently resistance is too large when the grouting core pipe is inserted and pulled out is solved. The vacuum effect between thegrouting core pipe and the grouting sleeve is simply and effectively achieved, the hole forming position of the air guide hole is reasonable in design, and compared with other grouting systems with communicating pipes, the manufacturing process is simpler. The double-plug grouting core pipe can freely move in the grouting sleeve, grout can be limited in any section range of a grouting area for grouting, and the purpose of segmented grouting is achieved.
本发明公开了一种用于不同填充类型溶洞的注浆方法,采用注浆系统进行注浆,所述注浆系统包括用于钻孔的地质钻机、防止孔壁坍塌的钢套管、投料管、投料斗、注浆套管和注浆芯管。所述注浆芯管采用双塞注浆芯管。本发明将注浆芯管底部密闭空间与自由空间通过导气孔连接,从而避免在注浆芯管的密闭空间内产生过大的液压或真空压力,导致插拔注浆芯管时阻力过大的问题。本发明简单有效的解决了注浆芯管与注浆套管之间的真空作用,且导气孔的开孔位置设计合理,相比其它具有连通管的注浆系统,制作工艺更加简单。本发明的双塞注浆芯管可以在注浆套管内自由移动,能将浆液限定在注浆区域的任一段范围内进行灌注,达到分段注浆的目的。
