The invention relates to the field of municipal facilities, in particular to a publicity well lid. The publicity well lid comprises a well lid body, a cushion plate, a movable plate, a guide seat, a guide ring and a cross beam. An outer groove is formed in the well lid body, and an inner groove is formed in the outer groove. The guide seat is embedded in the inner groove, and the cushion plate isfixed in the guide seat and is located on the bottom face of the inner groove. The movable plate is movably connected in the outer groove, and the guide ring is fixed below the movable plate and coincides with the guide seat. A publicity hole is formed in the movable plate, the cross beam is fixed in the publicity hole, and glass grooves are formed in the publicity hole and in the two sides of thecross beam correspondingly. The publicity well lid further comprises a pair of pieces of tempered glass and guide pillars, and the pair of pieces of tempered glass are embedded in the glass grooves correspondingly. By means of the publicity well lid, advertisements can be replaced conveniently, the replacing cost is low, in addition, operation is simple, the sealing performance is good, and the phenomenon that the advertisements are affected with damp, and the publicity effect is affected is avoided.
