The invention provides a polygonal manhole cover system. The polygonal manhole cover system can keep the settlement speed of a polygonal manhole cover surface consistent with the settlement speed of aroad surface, thereby keeping the polygonal manhole cover surface and the road surface flat macroscopically. When an asphalt road surface is laid or removed on a concrete road surface, the polygonalmanhole cover system can keep the polygonal manhole cover surface and the road surface flat macroscopically by increasing or decreasing polygonal manhole cover seat cushions, and the manhole wall doesnot have to directly bear the gravity pressure and horizontal impact of vehicle running. According to the polygonal manhole cover system, vehicle running impact borne by the polygonal manhole cover is kept at the minimum set value, the maintenance interval of the polygonal manhole cover and the manhole wall is prolonged, and the cost of road construction and maintenance and the repair operation are reduced.
