The whole emergency rescue excavator is divided into seven modules, including a left longitudinal beam assembly, a right longitudinal beam assembly, a main frame, an upper platform assembly, a cab, a balance weight, a working device and the like, wherein all modules are mutually independent and are independently provided with a corresponding installation connector and a hoisting connector; a chassis installation structure of the excavator comprises the left longitudinal beam assembly, the right longitudinal beam assembly, the main frame and the upper platform assembly; two sides of the main frame are connected with the left longitudinal beam assembly and the right longitudinal beam assembly through tenon structures; and the top of the main frame is connected with the upper platform assembly through the tenon structure.According to the invention, a middle-sized excavator is designed into a form that the middle-sized excavator can be quickly disassembled into seven component modules, wherein the weight of each component module does not exceed 3.4 tons, and each module is mutually independent and is provided with the corresponding installation connector and the hosting connector. After the seven component modulesreach a destination through air transportation, the seven component modules are quickly assembled, and the working capability of the excavator can be restored in the shortest time.
