The invention discloses a mixed well capable of realizing uniform flow distributing. The mixed well comprises a blending well and flow distributing wells, one side of the blending well is connected with external rain and sewage pipe culverts, the other side of the blending well is connected with the flow distributing wells through rectangular box culverts, each flow distributing well is of a diffusion structure and is divided into two cabins, each cabin of flow distributing wells is provided with oblique separation piers for flow distributing, a plurality of water outlet ducts are arranged onthe rear part of each flow distributing cabin, and rectification measures shaped like a Chinese character 'feng' are set at inlets of all the water outlet ducts correspondingly so as to ensure uniformity of inflow of water outlet box culverts. According to the mixed well, rain and sewage in different incoming flow directions can be collected through the mixed well, inflow is fully mixed through the blending well, and then the purpose of uniform flow distributing of a plurality of sewage treatment plants is achieved through the flow distributing wells. The mixed well is simple in structure formand easy to construct and manufacture, the working efficiency of urban rain and sewage treatment is effectively improved, uniformity of water distributing is ensured, and the mixed well has significant engineering application value, and is suitable for being used and promoted in design and reconstruction engineering of a urban sewage treatment system.
