The dry-hanging type environment-friendly building outer wall heat preservation structure comprises a wall body, an anchoring part and an exterior wall brick, the anchoring part comprises an anchoring body which is pre-buried in the wall body and aconnecting body which stretches out of the wall body, the connecting body is fixedly connected to the anchoring body, the exterior wall brick is parallel to the wall body, a heat insulation cotton isarranged between the exterior wall brick and the wall body in a clamped manner; an inverted-T-shaped upper connecting groove is formed in the upper surface of the connecting body, a T-shaped lower connecting groove is formed in the lower surface of the connecting body, the connecting body is sleeved with a hanging piece, the longitudinal section of the hanging piece is in a U shape, an opening ofthe U-shaped section faces the wall body, the upper inner side wall and the lower inner side wall of the hanging piece are fixedly connected with connecting sliding strips which are arranged in the upper connecting groove and the lower connecting groove in a sliding manner separately, the inner side wall of the hanging piece and the outer side walls of the connecting sliding strips are connectedwith a heat insulation layer in a gluing mode, and one side, which is far away from the wall body, of the hanging piece is fixedly connected with a connecting strip which is fixed in the exterior wallbrick.
