The invention discloses a unit type partition wall system. The unit type partition wall system comprises a plurality of partition wall units, wherein each partition wall unit comprises a frame and a partition wall plate mounted on the frame; each partition wall unit is mounted in a building main body; upper and lower transverse frames of the frame of each partition wall unit are connected with a connecting structure or the building main body; the adjacent partition wall units are connected with each other; and only one vertical frame is arranged at a connecting position on each of two sides separated by a partition wall. The partition wall system has the advantages of convenience for mounting, flexibility in scheduling, damage prevention, fine appearance, attractiveness and capability of improving the sealing performance.
