The invention discloses a split type adjustable scaffold. The split type adjustable scaffold comprises a shell, a first connecting plate and a fixing body; a screw rod is movably connected to the middle of the interior of the shell; a screw sleeve is movably connected to the outside of the screw rod; the fixing body is fixedly connected to one side of the screw sleeve; the first connecting plate is disposed on one side of the top end of the fixing body; a plurality of second inserting holes are uniformly formed in the top end of the interior of a rotating disc at equal intervals; and a push plate is disposed in the middle of the interior of the rotating disc. According to the split type adjustable scaffold, by means of a rotating shaft which is movably connected to one side of the interiorof the first connecting plate, the first connecting plate can be disassembled after use, then a second connecting plate can rotationally enter a groove in the first connecting plate through the rotating shaft, folding storage of the first connecting plate is finished, and arrangement after use is convenient; and during usage, an inserting rod can be inserted into an inserting sleeve, then the inserting sleeve is clamped in a clamping sleeve, and supporting for the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate is achieved.
