The invention relates to an installation and construction method for a building reinforced concrete precast beam. A device of specific design comprises a supporting device, two fixing devices, two side plates, a pushing device, a conveying device and a traction device, wherein the fixing devices are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side inside the supporting device, and the side plates are symmetrically arranged at the front end and the rear end of the supporting device; and the pushing device is arranged on the upper side of the left end of the supporting device, the conveying device is arranged in the middle part of the supporting device, and the traction device is arranged on the right of the conveying device. According to the installation and construction method for the building reinforced concrete precast beam, the problems that only a precast beam small in size and mass can be arranged manually due to the fact that the labor intensity is small when the precast beam is arranged manually, and the installation efficiency of the precast beam is low due to high technical level and experience requirements of hoisting personnel in the hoisting process caused bythe fact that a mechanical hoisting mode is generally adopted to position and install the precast beam when existing precast beam installing equipment is used for installing the precast beam.
