The invention discloses an H-shaped steel beam mounting docking device with a bidirectional adjusting function. The H-shaped steel beam mounting docking device comprises a mounting rod, a first H-shaped steel beam and a second H-shaped steel beam. The first H-shaped steel beam is welded to one side of the upper end of the mounting rod, and the second H-shaped steel beam is located on one side of the first H-shaped steel beam. An upper clamp is arranged on a top flange plate of the second H-shaped steel beam, and one end of the first H-shaped steel beam sleeves one end of the bottom of the upper clamp. A first left-right adjusting device is arranged on a top flange plate of the first H-shaped steel beam, and a lower clamp is arranged on a lower flange plate of the second H-shaped steel beam.
