Joint stiffened intersecting welded steel pipe
The invention discloses a joint stiffened intersecting welded steel pipe. The joint stiffened intersecting welded steel pipe comprises a main pipe, at least two branch pipes, horizontal stiffening plates and annular stiffening plates, wherein an included angle between the main pipe and each branch pipe is smaller than a set angle; the horizontal stiffening plates are fixedly arranged between the main pipe and each branch pipe or between the branch pipes; and the annular stiffening plates are fixedly arranged at the intersections of the branch pipes and the outer surface of the main pipe and inthe middle of the intersection lines of the branch pipes and the main pipe to wrap the main pipe, the branch pipes and the horizontal stiffening plates. By means of the horizontal stiffening plates,the length of welding seams for transmitting branch pipe loads to the main pipe is increased, so that the force transmission is more uniform, and the in-plane rigidity of joints is increased at the same time. The annular stiffening plates increase the radial stiffness of the main pipe and the branch pipes, improve the deformation resistance of the main pipe and the branch pipes, and improve the stable bearing capacity of the horizontal stiffening plates at the same time. According to the joint stiffened intersecting welded steel pipe, the stiffening method can effectively improve the rigidityand strength of the intersecting welded steel pipe joints, the force transmission is uniform, the stress concentration degree is reduced, and the overall bearing capacity of the joints is improved.
