The invention relates to a composite material warm-edge spacer strip with fireproof and heat-insulating functions and a manufacturing process thereof, which comprises a base part (1) and an inlay part(2), wherein the base part (1) is a composite material integral component formed by one-time extrusion, the cross section shape of the base part (1) is U-shaped; the inlay part (2) is a metal component formed by one-time extrusion, and the cross section shape of the inlay part (2) is omega-shaped; a closed cavity (3) is formed between the base part (1) and the inlay part (2), and a molecular sieve is filled in the closed cavity (3); and the base part (1) comprises the following components in parts by weight: 95-110 parts of polyether Polyol, 114-118 parts of diisocyanate, 3-5 parts of releaseagent, 150-180 parts of alkali-free glass fiber. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenient and fast production and manufacturing process, high mechanical property, firm interval fixing support, fireproof and heat-insulating functions, low production and manufacturing cost, and is beneficial to mass use.
