The invention discloses a stable-connection venting door special for mine mechatronics. The stable-connection venting door comprises a venting door body, the surface of the venting door body is provided with a face groove, a venting window is arranged on the inner side of the face groove, the top end of the venting window is rotationally connected with the inner wall of the top end of the face groove, the bottom end of the venting window and the bottom end face of the face groove are provided with angle grooves connected in a clamped mode, the inner walls of the angle grooves are provided withplacement grooves, a magnetic stripe is inserted in the inner side of each placement groove, rubber strips adhere to the position, at the bottom end of the venting window, of the inner wall of the face groove, the rubber strips are located on the two sides of the magnetic stripes, the two magnetic stripes are distributed in a shape of mutual repulsion of same electric charges, and the magnetic stripes and the cross sections of the placement grooves are each of a T-shaped structure. Through the designed magnetic stripes, the venting window and the venting door body are buffered to a certain extent and separated when the venting window quickly falls under the effect of gravity, damage caused by collision of the venting window and the venting door body is avoided, meanwhile, the rubber strips designed cooperatively during using can further improve a protection capability.
本发明公开了一种连接稳固的矿山机电专用泄爆门,包括泄爆门,所述泄爆门的表面开设有面槽,所述面槽的内侧设置有泄爆窗,所述泄爆窗的顶端与面槽的顶端内壁旋转连接,所述泄爆窗的底端与面槽的底端面开设有卡合连接的角槽,所述角槽的内壁开设有放置槽,且每个所述放置槽的内侧均插入有磁条,处于所述泄爆窗底端的面槽内壁粘合有橡胶条,且所述橡胶条处于磁条的两侧,两个所述磁条呈同性相斥状分布,且所述磁条与放置槽的横截面均为“T”型结构;通过设计的磁条,可以在泄爆窗在重力的作用下,快速下降中,将其与泄爆门进行一定的缓冲以及分隔,避免两者因碰撞造成的损伤,同时在使用中配合设计的橡胶条,能够进一步提高防护能力。
