Novel water pipe laying method
The invention discloses a novel water pipe laying method. A water pipe which is traditionally laid underground is laid on a ceiling. Pipe laying positioning, pipe laying grooving and drilling, pipe laying and pipe laying connection, pipe water passing pressure testing and pipe water passing testing are performed, a hoop elevator is used for fixing the pipe, a hot water pipe is wrapped by heat preservation cotton so as to prevent the hot water pipe from being cooled, and the pipe is installed and can work normally. By changing a traditional method, when the water pipe is laid at the ceiling, aplumber just needs to use a percussion drill for punching holes at fixed intervals in the top face of a house, electric charge is saved, the human cost is lowered, the expenses of labor is lowered, when the pipe leaks water, the water leakage condition can be sensed easily through the sound of water dripping on the ceiling, the leakage point can be observed visually and can be accurately located,maintenance is easy and convenient, and the leakage point can be treated after being visually observed.
本发明一种新型水管道铺设方法，将传统铺设在地下的水管道改为铺设在天花板上，通过对管道铺设定位，管道铺设开槽、打眼，管道铺设，管道铺设连接，管道通水压力测试和管道通水测试，使用抱箍吊卡对管道进行固定，并在热水管道外包缠保温棉，以阻止热水管道的散热，管道安装好并正常工作；本发明改变了传统的方法，水管道走顶时水电工仅仅需要使用冲击钻在房屋顶面按照固定间距打眼即可，节省电费、人力成本下降、工费成本下降，发生漏水时通过水滴到天花板上的声音可以很容易的感知到漏水情况的发生，且渗漏点肉眼观察即可准确定位，维修简便，肉眼观察渗漏点后将渗漏点进行处理即可。
