The invention discloses a management cabinet for enterprise accountants and a control method thereof. An existing counter account book and voucher storage cabinet generally adopts a cabinet with a door, a large cavity is formed in the cabinet, accountant account books and vouchers are overlapped and flatly placed and pressed together in the cavity of the cabinet, accounting voucher paper deforms after a long time, wrinkles are generated, and query is inconvenient. The composition of the management cabinet comprises a cabinet body (1), wherein a group of important article management drawers (2)are arranged in the cabinet body; a group of paper file classified storage devices (3) are arranged below the important article management drawers; the bottom of the paper file classified storage devices are connected with a ball nut (4); the ball nut is arranged on a ball screw (5); the ball screw is connected with a stepping motor (6); the stepping motor is connected with a stepping motor driver (7), the stepping motor driver is connected with a controller (8), the two ends of the ball screw are arranged on a fixing base (9), a bearing block (10) is arranged between the ball nut and the cabinet body, and a group of partition plates (11) are arranged between the important article management drawers and the paper document classified storage devices. The management cabinet is used for accounting management.
