Solid-waste lightweight partition wall board material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of comprehensive utilization of industrial solid wastes, specifically to a solid-waste lightweight partition wall board material and a preparation method thereof. The solid-waste lightweight partition wall board material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentages by mass: 25-35% of serpentine tailings and 65-75% of cement. The preparation methodfor the solid-waste lightweight partition wall board material comprises the following steps: (1) crushing the serpentine tailings, and carrying out screening so as to obtain a serpentine tailing finepowder; (2) mixing the serpentine tailing fine powder with the cement and an auxiliary agent, carrying out stirring, and adding polyphenyl granules so as to obtain a mixed material; and (3) adding themixed material into a mold, and carrying out molding and demolding. Through the method provided by the invention, the solid waste, namely the serpentine tailings can be fully utilized; the additionalvalue of the solid waste can be greatly increased; resourceful cyclic utilization of the solid waste is achieved; and site resources occupied by landfill are reduced.
本发明涉及工业固体废弃物综合利用领域,尤其涉及一种固废轻质隔墙板材料及其制备方法;所述固废轻质隔墙板材料由包括如下质量百分比的原料制成:蛇纹石尾矿25~35%和水泥65~75%;所述固废轻质隔墙板材料的制备方法包括:(1)将蛇纹石尾矿进行破碎,筛分得到蛇纹石尾矿细粉;(2)将所述蛇纹石尾矿细粉与水泥、助剂混合后搅拌,加入聚苯颗粒,得混合料;(3)将所述混合料加入模具,成型后脱模;通过本发明的方法,不仅可以充分利用固体废弃物蛇纹石尾矿,还能够大幅度提高固体废弃物的附加值,实现了固体废弃物的资源化循环利用,减少了因填埋占用的场地资源。
