The invention discloses a mineral admixture ternary cementing system and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: placing a raw material SAP in a NaCl solution, and soaking for 1-2 days to obtain water-swelling SAP; weighing lithium acetate, sodium acetate, sodium caprylate, sodium hydroxide and calcium hydroxide according to a certain ratio, placing at 300-350 DEG C, carrying out heat preservation for 20-40 minutes, cooling, and grinding to obtain slow-release glass; weighing mineral powder, fly ash, the slow-release glass and the water-swelling SAPaccording to a certain mass ratio, mixing, and uniformly stirring to obtain a ternary cementing material; pouring the ternary cementing material into a mold, curing, and demolding to obtain the finalproduct. The cementing system can be used in water-deficient areas, and is short in preparation period and good in repeatability.
