The invention relates to a preparation process of a natural-texture-imitated multicolor ceramic product. The preparation process comprises the following steps: pretreatment, material selection, grading treatment, proportioning preparation, iron removal, drying, compression molding, metallographic detection, isostatic pressing and degreasing sintering, wherein in the step of material selection, regenerated granulated zirconia ceramic powder with the particle size of 0.4-0.6 [mu]m, the B.E.T specific surface area of 8-10 m2/g and the granularity of 50-100 meshes is selected, regenerated granuleswith the particle size of 50-60 meshes account for 75%-80%, and regenerated granules with the particle size of 70-100 meshes account for 20%-25%; in the grading treatment, the 50-100-mesh regranulated particle zirconium oxide ceramic powder is subjected to grading treatment, and the 50-60-mesh regranulated particle zirconium oxide ceramic powder and the 70-100-mesh regranulated particle zirconiumoxide ceramic powder are separated; and the proportioning preparation refers to proportioning the low mesh number and the high mesh number according to the proportion of 100:(5-13) to prepare the synthetic powder. According to the preparation process, the ceramic product can present multiple colors, the color consistency inside and outside the colorful ceramic product is realized, and the luster,texture and performance of the ceramic are not influenced.
一种仿天然纹理多彩陶瓷制品的制备工艺,包括预处理、选材、分级处理、配比制备、除铁、干燥、压制成型、金相检测、等静压和脱脂烧结;其中选材是指选取粒径为0.4~0.6μm、B.E.T比表面积为8~10㎡/g、颗粒度为50~100目的再造粒颗粒氧化锆陶瓷粉料,50~60目的再造粒颗粒占75%~80%、70~100目的再造粒颗粒占20%~25%;分级处理是将50~100目的再造粒颗粒氧化锆陶瓷粉料进行分级处理,而区分开低目数50~60目和高目数70~100目的再造粒颗粒氧化锆陶瓷粉料;配比制备是指按照低目数与高目数比例为100:5~13的配比进行配比制备合成粉料。该制备工艺能使陶瓷制品呈现多种色彩,实现了多彩陶瓷制品内外的色彩一致性,而又不影响陶瓷本身的光泽、质感和性能。
