Synthetic method of polycarboxylate-type water reducing agent with high water reducing rate and mud resistance
The invention relates to a synthetic method of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent with a high water reducing rate and mud resistance. The synthetic method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing an initiator reducing component, a chain transfer agent and deionized water, and carrying out uniform mixing to prepare a solution A; (2) weighing an unsaturated acid monomer, an anti-mud functional monomer and deionized water, and carrying out uniform mixing to prepare a solution B; (3) under a water bath condition, adding unsaturated polyether macromonomers and deionized water into a reaction container, and carrying out stirring and mixing; (4) adding an initiator oxidation component into the reaction container in the step (3), dropwise adding the solution A and the solution B at thesame time, and starting a polymerization reaction; and (5) after dropwise adding is finished, continuing to perform stirring, preserving heat for a certain time, and conducting cooling to normal temperature to obtain a target product. Compared with the prior art, the polycarboxylate-type water reducing agent synthesized by the method has the advantages of small doping amount, high water reducing rate, no need for compounding with a water reducing agent with high water reducing rate, good anti-mud effect, strong adaptability to cement, simplicity and environment-friendly synthesis process and the like.
本发明涉及一种兼具高减水率和抗泥性的聚羧酸系减水剂的合成方法,包括以下步骤:(1)称取引发剂还原组分、链转移剂和去离子水混合均匀,配成A溶液;(2)称取不饱和酸类单体、抗泥型功能单体和去离子水混合均匀,配成B溶液;(3)在水浴条件下,往反应容器中加入不饱和聚醚大单体和去离子水,搅拌混合;(4)往步骤(3)的反应容器中加入引发剂氧化组分,再接着同时滴加A溶液和B溶液开始聚合反应;(5)滴加完成后,继续搅拌并保温一定时间,冷却至常温后即可得到目的产物。与现有技术相比,本发明合成的聚羧酸系减水剂具有掺量小、减水率高、无需与高减水率减水剂复配、抗泥效果好、与水泥适应性强、合成工艺简单环保等优点。
