According to themethod, by using the closed conduit for temporary diversion in the construction period, construction of the home-entry blow-off pipe can be carried out in the construction period of the sewage pipeline, and inconvenience brought to residents in sewage discharge in the construction period of the sewage pipeline is reduced.
