The invention discloses a waterproof door and window. The waterproof door and window comprises a window frame pre-arranged in a wall body, a waterproof groove is formed in the window frame, a water draining opening is formed in the bottom of the waterproof groove, and the water draining opening is connected with a water draining pipe pre-arranged in the wall body; and a water guiding groove is further formed in the inner side wall of the window frame, and a flume connected with the waterproof groove is formed in one end, close to the waterproof groove, of the water guiding groove. The waterproof door and window has the beneficial effects that rainwater strikes the window door and slides down along the window door, the sliding rainwater enters the waterproof groove through the water guidinggroove and the flume in the inner wall of the window frame and then is drained through the water draining pipe, a large amount of rainwater is prevented from accumulating and permeating into a room,and the rainwater is effectively prevented from permeating and damaging the indoor environment.
