The invention discloses a multi-layer underground garage smoke exhaust system. The multi-layer underground garage smoke exhaust system comprises a smoke exhaust machine room arranged in a basement-level garage, a horizontal main air duct arranged in the basement-level garage, and a plurality of vertical air ducts penetrating through an underground garage; the multiple vertical air ducts communicate with the horizontal main air duct, and the horizontal main air duct is connected with a smoke exhaust fan in the smoke exhaust machine room; the vertical air ducts are provided with smoke exhaust openings in each layer of underground garages; and through the smoke exhaust fan, negative pressure is formed in the horizontal main air duct and the vertical air ducts so that smoke in the garages canbe exhausted. The invention further discloses a multi-layer underground garage which comprises the multi-layer underground garage smoke exhaust system, a plurality of beams of the multi-layer underground garage are in deviation overlap joint with columns, deviation posts are formed between one sides of the beams and the columns, and connection embedded parts are arranged at the deviation posts. The multi-layer underground garage smoke exhaust system is easy and convenient to install, a garage pipeline line is simplified, the cost is low, the occupied area is saved, and the storey height of theunderground garage is decreased. According to the multi-layer underground garage, the garage utilization rate is increased, and the underground garage is clean, tidy and beautiful.
