The invention relates to a panel (1) comprising a first articulated flap (2) and a second articulated flap (3), having a first front face (6a) and a second front face (6b) and a first back face (7a) and a second back face (7b), respectively, said front faces being covered with a first front covering layer (25a) and a second front covering layer (25b), respectively, the articulation between said flaps being formed by at least two first strips (8) spaced apart from each other, said strips being integral with the first layer, the strips having a free end portion (27a) attached to said second backface; and at least one second strip (12) arranged between the first strips, said strip being integral with the second layer, said strip having a free end portion (27b) attached to the first back face.
